Common answers for new Eden RP players.

1. How do I join Eden RP?

Join the Discord and read the rules. Server access is private during development and will be posted through official Discord announcements when testing opens.

Closed beta access is not public yet.
2. Is Eden RP serious roleplay?

Yes.

Eden RP is a realistic, consequence-driven roleplay server focused on law enforcement, emergency services, government, businesses, criminal organizations, and long-term character development.

Players are expected to create believable stories and accept the consequences of their actions.

3. How do I apply for Police, EMS, or Staff?

Applications will be available through the website and Discord once departments officially open.

Additional department handbooks and requirements will be published before launch.

4. Are crimes allowed?

Yes.

Criminal roleplay is encouraged when performed realistically.

Players may participate in robberies, organized crime, kidnappings, corruption, prison breaks, and other criminal activities.

However, all criminal actions may result in investigation, arrest, prosecution, fines, prison sentences, or other legal consequences.

5. Can I become a business owner?

Yes.

Citizens may create and operate businesses within Eden RP.

Businesses must follow server laws and regulations and may be investigated or shut down if used for illegal activities.

6. Will there be elections?

Yes.

Government positions, budgets, public policy, department funding, and leadership decisions will play a major role within Eden RP.

Player decisions can directly impact how the city operates.

7. Can I be corrupt?

Yes.

Corruption is allowed as roleplay.

Police officers, government officials, and other positions may engage in corruption if it creates meaningful roleplay.

If discovered, corruption may result in criminal charges, investigations, political consequences, termination, or imprisonment.

8. How does prison work?

Prison is an active roleplay environment.

Prisoners may participate in prison jobs, gangs, contraband operations, visitors, investigations, and other prison-related roleplay.

Prison breaks are allowed when properly planned and roleplayed.

9. Where can I read the laws and criminal code?

All server documentation can be found within the Documentation Center.

This includes:

10. Is the server finished?

No.

Eden RP is currently in development.

Features, systems, laws, departments, and gameplay mechanics may change before the official launch.

11. Will there be a police database?

Yes.

Future updates will include department systems such as:

  • Fine Records
  • Incident Reports
  • Department Tools

Access will be restricted to authorized personnel.

12. Will the website require login?

Yes, in the future.

Planned website features include Discord login, role-based access, department handbooks, applications, police systems, government tools, and other restricted content.

Public documentation will remain available to everyone.
